REQUIREMENTS:
  • Letter of Request to Export addressed to the BAI Director
  • Farm Profile
  • Copy of the health requirements and/or entry permit of the importing country
  • Veterinary Health/Quarantine Certificate in compliance with the animal health requirements of the importing country
  • NMIC Certification (for frozen poultry meat)
  • NMIC Laboratory Report (for frozen poultry meat)
  • Certificate of Inspection of the farm from NVQSD
SCHEDULE OF SERVICE AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday 7:00 am- 5:00 pm
APPLICABLE FEES: Free
MAXIMUM DURATION OF THE PROCESS: 20 minutes per client without queue
