Clients: Regional Artificial Insemination Coordinator (RAIC), Provincial Artificial Insemination Coordinator (PAIC), Government AI Technicians, Private AI Technicians, BAI Livestock Production Centers, Thesis Students
Schedule of Availability of Service: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm without  noon break
Requirements: Copy of Monthly AI Report (UNAIP Form No. 2),   Semen Utilization Report (UNAIP Form No. 8)
Fees: None
Total Processing Time: 2 days (including waiting time)
How to Avail of the Service:

1 Request semen by phone or text message indicating preferred species, breed and number of doses Inform client that they should have LN₂ in their semen tanks before withdrawal of frozen semen and remind client on the monthly AI  and semen utilization report LDD-CSDU NABC Bldg. 10 minutes
2   For request outside Luzon, prepare shipping permit for the semen LDD-CSDU NABC Bldg 10 minutes
3   Approve shipping permit Quarantine Service & OD AHD & OD Bldg 1 day
4   Record, photocopy & dry seal approved Shipping Permit Records RD Bldg. 3rd Floor 15 minutes
5 Proceed to CSDU and submit required documents Receive and check documents LDD-CSDU NABC Bldg. 5 minutes
6   If documents are complete, transfer semen to client’s semen tank

LDD-CSDU

NABC Bldg. 30 minutes per 100 semen straws
7 Receive the semen straws & sign the withdrawal record book Release the semen requested LDD -CSDU NABC Bldg. 5 minutes
