Clients:

Pet Owners, Breeders

Requirements:

  • Valid health certificate issued by NVQS/Licensed Private Veterinary Practitioner
  • Updated vaccination record against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and parvovirus for dogs; and feline panleukopenia for cats
  • ISO 15 digit non-encrypted microchip identification number
  • Rabies Neutralization Antibody Test
  • Other documents/ tests as may be required by the veterinary authority of the importing country (Additional Requirements in the Export of Dogs and Cats)

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm
